Photos may be snapshots or professional
Parent grandparentaunt or uncle of the child must be one submitting photo
Judges decisions are final.
THE PHOTO MUST BE UNDER 100 KB
WINNER: :KING/QUEENPRINCE/PRINCESSDUKE/DUCHESS1ST,2ND and 3RD RUNNER UP.
TIES WILL NOT BE BROKEN
ALLL CONTESTANTS MAY RE-ENTER THE FOLLOWING MONTH BUT THEY MUST USE A DIFFERENT PHOTO.
